Today will be talking about how automapping of devices can increase efficiency when it comes to managing printers on various reports.

Reducing the risk of forgetting to add devices to i.e. supplies ordering and meter reading reports.
Not having to remember to add and remove devices on various reports as it's done automatically.
Not having to do the same work over and over again.
👉🏻 A piece of good advice: Working with the concept of "managed" devices is a good way to start.
This means that you can set up rules securing that a new device, which is marked as managed, will be included in all relevant reports.
👉🏻 Another piece of good advice: Use top level reports
We recommend using top-level reports. This reduces the need for creating reports on the account level and you will save even more time. Not to mention it's really easy only having a few reports to manage.
This is just a little thing in the bigger picture, but still, it takes a lot of time to do every day if done manually.
